Dhyani, a former SAI Physiotherapist and national teams specialist with over 13 years of sports physiotherapy experience, H.O.M.E. provides elite-level, evidence-based care. The center focuses on identifying and addressing root causes of movement dysfunction rather than only treating symptoms. Core services include manual therapy, strength and conditioning, return-to-sport rehabilitation, ACL and post-surgery rehabilitation, corporate wellness physiotherapy, ice bath recovery, and clinical Pilates. The clinic is located at F-42A, Ground Floor, Mehrauli-Badarpur Road, Saiyad ul Ajaib, Saket, New Delhi, and serves a diverse, performance-oriented clientele.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sports Physical Therapist based in New Delhi.

The Sports Physical

Therapist will assess musculoskeletal conditions and sports-related injuries, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed movement and functional assessments, implementing strength and conditioning programs, guiding return-to-sport protocols, and monitoring patient progress.



The role involves close collaboration with other team members to optimize outcomes, educating patients on injury prevention and self-management, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The therapist will work with athletes, corporate professionals, and active individuals, aligning care with H.O.M.E.’s philosophy of addressing root causes and supporting long-term performance and wellness.

Qualifications

- Clinical expertise in Physical Therapy and Orthopedics, with demonstrated ability to assess and treat sports-related and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Solid skills in Injury Prevention and Patient Care, including education, counseling, and designing safe, progressive rehabilitation plans.
- Experience in Strength & Conditioning, including programming for performance, return-to-sport, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
- Recognized degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT or equivalent) from an accredited institution; specialization in Sports Physiotherapy is highly beneficial.
- Relevant clinical experience in sports rehab or orthopedic physiotherapy; experience with athletes or high-performance clients is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage a varied caseload, and maintain detailed clinical records and outcome measures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to evidence-based practice, ethical care, and ongoing professional development.
