A Sports Officer cum Boys Hostel Warden manages physical education and sports activities while overseeing the daily operations, discipline, and well-being of students living in a boys' hostel. This is a full-time, residential role requiring an on-campus presence to handle both athletic training and residential student care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sports & Physical Education Duties

- Training & Fitness: Conduct regular physical education classes, fitness drills, and sports training sessions.
- Event Management: Plan and organize indoor and outdoor games, inter-class tournaments, and annual sports events.
- Talent Scouting: Identify and coach talented students to prepare them for regional, state, or national competitions.
- Facility Upkeep: Maintain sports equipment, playfields, and gym facilities, ensuring proper inventory and safety standards.

2. Boys Hostel Warden Duties

- Discipline & Safety: Maintain strict discipline, monitor entry-exit logs, and ensure a safe, secure environment inside the boys' hostel.
- Daily Routines: Oversee student attendance, study hours, mess timings, and daily hostel routines.
- Health & Welfare:



Address student grievances, manage minor medical emergencies, and provide basic mentoring or counseling.
- Administration & Hygiene: Supervise housekeeping, cleanliness, sanitation, and room maintenance in coordination with the institution's administration.
- Parent Communication: Update parents and college authorities regarding student behavior, academic progress, or welfare concerns.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed) or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of prior experience in sports coaching, physical instruction, or hostel/residential administration.
- Core Skills: Strong leadership, conflict resolution, first-aid knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
- Work Style: High physical fitness, patience, and 24/7 availability for residential on-campus accommodation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
