Role & responsibilities

- Looking for PRT Table Tennis, Taekwondo Coach, Basketball Coach, Groundsmen,Cricket Coach, Football Coach.
- Skill Development: Teach the fundamental rules, strategies, techniques, and sportsmanship of the specific sport to athletes of varying skill levels.
- Practice & Game Management: Plan, organize, and conduct structured weekly practices. Lead the team during scheduled games, matches, or tournaments, making real-time tactical adjustments.
- Safety & Welfare: Ensure a safe workplace by inspecting facilities and equipment before use. Administer basic first aid when necessary and strictly follow the organizations safety and concussion protocols.
- Mentorship & Discipline:



Promote a culture of teamwork, respect, accountability, and healthy competition. Address behavioral issues constructively and professionally.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience coaching or playing the designated sport at a competitive level.
- Certifications: Valid. Sport-specific coaching certifications (e.g., NFHS, USA Basketball, USSF) are highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate youth or adult athletes effectively.
