Position: Sponsorship & Revenue Generation Executive

Aarambh News is looking for a result-oriented and confident professional who can generate revenue through sponsorships, brand partnerships, advertising, and business collaborations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate sponsorship opportunities from brands, companies, local businesses and organizations.
- Bring paid brand collaborations for Aarambh News YouTube, Podcast, Website and Social Media platforms.
- Generate advertising revenue from local and national businesses.
- Identify and approach potential sponsors and clients.
- Develop new business opportunities across Real Estate, Education, Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality, Events, Corporate and other sectors.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations and follow-ups.
- Prepare and present sponsorship and advertising proposals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and sponsors.
- Identify new revenue streams and commercial opportunities for Aarambh News.
- Achieve monthly revenue and business development targets.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in client meetings and sales discussions.




- Experience in Sales, Business Development, Sponsorship, Advertising, PR or Media Sales will be preferred.
- Experience in Digital Media, YouTube, Podcast or Advertising industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong networking and lead-generation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to independently generate and convert business leads.

SALARY ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Additional incentives will be provided based on sponsorship and revenue generated.

LOCATION

Noida / Greater Noida

EXPERIENCE

Freshers with strong sales and communication skills can apply.

Candidates with experience in Sponsorship Sales, Media Sales, Business Development, Advertising or Brand Partnerships will be preferred.
