Sponsorship, Outreach & Partnership Assistant Manager

Experience Required - 4+ years

Primary Objective The primary responsibility of this role is to secure sponsorships and strategic partnerships for all ISIEINDIA events and initiatives, including online events, offline events, motorsports competitions, conclaves, summits, exhibitions, workshops and institutional programmes.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential sponsors from OEMs, automotive companies, technology companies, suppliers, CSR foundations and other relevant industries
- Secure financial, equipment, technology, media and in-kind sponsorships
- Develop customised sponsorship packages for different events
- Prepare sponsorship proposals, partnership presentations and pitch decks
- Approach potential sponsors through email, LinkedIn, calls, referrals and meetings
- Present the business value, audience reach and branding opportunities offered by each event
- Negotiate sponsorship value, advantages and deliverables
- Follow up consistently with prospective sponsors
- Coordinate sponsorship agreements, MoUs and commercial documentation
- Work with the Marketing Manager to fulfil sponsor branding and visibility commitments
- Coordinate with the Creative Team for sponsor logos,



promotional materials and event branding
- Onboard sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, knowledge partners and technology partners
- Build and strengthen networking connections with alumni, industry leaders, academia, government departments and institutional stakeholders
- Engage alumni and professional networks to generate sponsorships, partnerships, speakers, referrals and event-participation opportunities
- Develop government connections to support institutional participation, policy engagement, programme visibility and strategic collaboration
- Maintain a database of sponsors, alumni, industry professionals, academic leaders, government representatives and key decision-makers
- Manage the sponsorship and partnership pipeline from initial contact to final closure
- Develop long-term relationships with sponsors and partners for recurring events
- Submit post-event reports to sponsors covering visibility, reach and outcomes
- Transfer non-event business or institutional opportunities to the Business Development Team

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
