- Assembly of Special Purpose Machines (SPM) as per mechanical drawings.
- Machine structure, components, cylinders, guideways, motors and other mechanical parts assembly.
- Read and understand 2D mechanical drawings.
- Perform machine alignment, leveling and fitting.
- Basic knowledge of pneumatic components and tubing.
- Identify and rectify mechanical assembly issues.
- Support machine installation, trial run and commissioning.
- Coordinate with Design, Electrical and Production teams.
- Maintain quality and complete assembly work within the given timeline.
Required Skills:
- 1–5 years of experience in SPM Machine Assembly / Automation Machine Assembly.
- Valuable knowledge of mechanical tools and fitting.
- Experience with Allen key, spanner, drilling, tapping, grinding etc.
- Knowledge of bearings, shafts, couplings, linear guides and pneumatic components.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings.
- ITI / Diploma – Mechanical preferred.
- Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
