The Splunk Technical Trainer at Trainocate India is responsible for delivering high-quality, hands-on Splunk training to corporate clients across India and the Asia-Pacific region. The trainer will leverage deep technical expertise in Splunk to educate IT professionals, security analysts, and enterprise teams on best practices, implementation, and advanced use of the Splunk platform.

Responsibilities

▸ Deliver instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual instructor-led training (VILT) on Splunk Core, Splunk Enterprise Security (ES), ITSI, and related products.

▸ Conduct training sessions for beginner, intermediate, and advanced audiences including developers, admins, and security teams.

▸ Customize training content to align with client-specific use cases, industry verticals, and organizational goals.

▸ Facilitate hands-on labs, workshops,



and real-world exercises to reinforce learning outcomes.

▸ Manage virtual lab environments and troubleshoot technical issues during sessions.

Qualifications

▸ Splunk Core Certified Consultant or Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect (mandatory).

▸ Hands-on experience with Splunk Search Processing Language (SPL), dashboards, alerts, and data onboarding.

▸ Proficiency in Splunk Enterprise Security (ES), IT Service Intelligence (ITSI), or Observability Cloud (preferred).

▸ Solid understanding of log management, SIEM concepts, and cybersecurity frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK;, SOC operations).

▸ Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Splunk Cloud administration.
