Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct assessments of children's communication skills, including speech, language, voice quality, articulation, fluency, and cognitive abilities.

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results to address identified needs.

- Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), Oral Placement Therapy (OPT), and other therapeutic approaches.

- Collaborate with parents/caregivers to develop strategies for carrying out therapy activities at home.

- Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate regularly with families about treatment outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- 0-3 years of experience working with children with special needs or disabilities.

- Robust knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) diagnosis and treatment options.

- Proficiency in using technology-based tools for remote consultations if required.

- Familiarity with Indian English language spoken by local population.
