Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Speech Therapist role located in Kadapa Mandal.

The Speech

Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders across various age groups. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering one-on-one and group therapy sessions, and monitoring patient progress. The role also involves educating patients, families, and caregivers on home-based strategies, documenting clinical findings and treatment reports,



and collaborating with physiotherapists and other allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive rehabilitation services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and the assessment and treatment of Speech-related conditions.
- Candidates should possess skills in managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders, including designing and implementing targeted interventions.
- Candidates should possess skills in evaluating and treating Dysphagia, with a focus on safe swallowing and feeding practices.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Speech-Language Pathology or Speech Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current registration or eligibility for registration with appropriate professional or regulatory bodies, as applicable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Strong documentation, time-management, and organizational skills, with a commitment to ethical and person-centered care.
- Experience in rehabilitation or clinical settings is preferred; new professionals with strong clinical competencies are also encouraged to apply.
