Responsibilities

1.

Warehouse

Operations, Receiving Material Handling

- Manage end-to-end warehouse activities including receipt, identification, inspection coordination, storage, put-away, issue, return, transfer, and movement of materials

- Receive materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, Goods Receipt Notes, and internal transfer documents, verifying part number, description, quantity, condition, and supporting documentation

- Coordinate with QA/QC for inspection, release, quarantine, or rejection of incoming materials and ensure appropriate segregation and identification

- Maintain correct bin locations and ensure materials are properly labelled, stored, and traceable

- Coordinate material movement between receiving, storage, production, testing, maintenance, projects, and dispatch areas

2.

Inventory Control Material

Availability

- Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, consumables, compressor parts, spares, project materials, accessories, and finished goods

- Ensure accurate identification, coding, location, and traceability of critical and high-value materials

- Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages, excess inventory, slow-moving, obsolete, damaged, and dead stock

- Issue materials to Production, Maintenance, Testing, Projects, and other functions against approved requisitions and priorities

- Manage material returns, surplus, rejected, and damaged materials and ensure appropriate physical and system records

- Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Production, Projects, and Dispatch to ensure timely material availability

3. ERP, Stock Records Inventory Reconciliation

- Ensure all warehouse transactions, including receipts, issues, returns, transfers, adjustments, and dispatches, are accurately and promptly recorded in the ERP

- Maintain accurate bin records, stock cards, inventory documentation,



and other warehouse records as applicable

- Conduct periodic cycle counts and physical stock verification

- Reconcile physical inventory with ERP records and investigate shortages, excesses, transaction errors, and location mismatches

- Escalate material and inventory discrepancies and ensure appropriate corrective actions are documented

- Support annual physical inventory counts, internal audits, external audits, and statutory stock verification

4.

Finished Goods Dispatch

Management

- Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Planning, and Dispatch to ensure finished goods are available as per dispatch requirements

- Verify quantity, identification, condition, accessories, and documentation before staging finished goods for dispatch

- Ensure finished goods and project materials are correctly labelled, protected, segregated, and staged

- Ensure all finished goods and dispatch-related material movements are accurately recorded in the ERP and supporting documents

5.

Warehouse

Safety, 5S Storage Standards

- Maintain warehouse areas in accordance with 5S, housekeeping, safety, and storage standards

- Ensure protected and efficient use of racks, bins, pallets, lifting equipment, and other material-handling equipment

- Maintain appropriate stacking, segregation, labelling, and storage practices

- Monitor and report damaged packaging, leaks, unsafe conditions, fire hazards, pest issues, and other warehouse risks





- Ensure compliance with PPE, fire safety, emergency response, and applicable warehouse safety procedures

6. Reporting, Coordination Continuous Improvement

- Prepare daily and periodic reports covering stock position, receipts, issues, material shortages, discrepancies, ageing, and other warehouse exceptions

- Provide timely updates to management on material availability, inventory risks, and warehouse issues requiring attention

- Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Production, QA/QC, Projects, Maintenance, Finance, and Dispatch on material and inventory-related matters

- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse layout, storage utilization, material flow, inventory accuracy, and handling efficiency

- Support implementation and improvement of warehouse procedures, controls, work instructions, and inventory management practices

- Drive corrective actions for recurring warehouse discrepancies, material losses, damage, and process gaps
