How You'll Help Us Connect The World As an NPI Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sourcing and supplier development activities supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. The role leads supplier identification, RFQ management, commercial negotiations, supplier qualification, cost optimization, and project execution for machining, sheet metal fabrication, plastic molding, die casting, and electromechanical components.

You Will Make An Impact By

- Leading sourcing activities for NPI projects from concept through production launch.
- Identifying, evaluating, onboarding, and developing suppliers for assigned commodities.
- Managing RFQ processes, quotation analysis, negotiations, and sourcing recommendations.
- Conducting BOM analysis, break-down and coordinate prototype, tooling, FAI, and PPAP activities with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
- Driving cost optimization, localization, and supplier development initiatives.
- Supporting product launches by ensuring supplier readiness and milestone completion.
- Maintaining sourcing data, reports, and supplier records in SAP.
- Developing sourcing dashboards, KPIs, and project status reports.

Required Qualifications For Consideration

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, NPI Procurement, Supplier Development, or Commodity Management.




- Experience in manufacturing environments and SAP ERP (MM Module) is mandatory.
- Knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier development, PPAP, and FAI.
- Understanding of machining, sheet metal, plastic molding, and die-casting processes.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications.
- Strong commercial negotiation and cost analysis skills.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
