Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Analyst to support the implementation of an Animal Farm Management IT system. This role will work closely with farm operations, business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure successful deployment, integration, data migration, testing, and post-go-live support of the system.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and technical skills, experience gathering requirements,



supporting system implementations, and troubleshooting data or interface issues. Familiarity with animal production or farm operations is highly desirable.

What You Will Do

- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from farm operations and other stakeholders

- Translate operational needs into functional specifications, workflows, and system requirements

- Support system configuration, validation, and testing activities

- Assist with data migration, data cleansing, mapping, and reconciliation

- Support integration activities with related systems such as ERP, inventory, reporting, laboratory, or IoT/sensor platforms

- Develop and execute test scenarios, support user acceptance testing, and track defects through resolution

- Troubleshoot system, data, and interface issues during implementation and post-go-live

- Collaborate with vendors, developers, and internal IT teams to resolve issues

- Support go-live planning, cutover activities, and stabilization efforts

- Prepare documentation, process guides, and training support materials

- Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and system efficiency

- Support reporting and dashboard requirements for operational and management needs

What should you have

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Agricultural Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience

- 3+ years of experience in a technical analyst, systems analyst, or similar role

- Experience supporting software implementation projects or system upgrades

- Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and issue resolution

- Basic understanding of data management,



SQL, Excel, and reporting concepts

- Experience working with integrations, data migration, or interface troubleshooting

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with animal farm management, livestock, agriculture, or production systems

- Familiarity with ERP systems, IoT devices, laboratory systems, or supply chain applications

- Knowledge of master data management, business process mapping, and UAT

- Experience with ticketing and collaboration tools such as ServiceNow, Confluence, or SharePoint

- Exposure to regulatory, traceability, or compliance requirements in agricultural environments
