Responsibilities

- Regular maintenance of Installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Monitor plumbing systems, domestic pumps, and flushing systems to ensure they function correctly.
- Adhering to preventive maintenance (PPM) checklists to reduce the risk of incidents.
- Assisting in sump and overhead tank maintenance and checking on regular basis.
- Monitor the Storm water pump operations and their serviceability periodically and more in monsoons.
- To carry out any repair works in the plumbing shafts and restrooms.
- Manage the water requirement of the tech park in continuous coordination with duty managers and reporting manager.
- Check and update the registers and checklists meticulously after completion of the works.




- Assist STP operations to ensure no disruption in treated water supply.
- Check any leakages inside the tech park and rectify the same in coordination with other teams / manager.
