JOB SUMMARY

Mahabodhi Global Foundation is hiring experienced development-sector professionals for five specialist positions across India.

The selected professionals will support government and development-sector assignments through regional expertise, project implementation, technical support and multidisciplinary collaboration.

- MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA Lead – Strategic Communications, Media, Events & Resource Mobilisation

- ASSAM Lead – Community Development, SBCC & Capacity Building

Focus: Community Development | SBCC | Public Health | Education | Training | Capacity Building | North-East Programmes
- BHOPAL, MADHYA PRADESH Lead – Urban Development, Solid Waste Management, WASH & PMU

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





- Lead projects and opportunities within the assigned geography. Provide specialist technical support to other regional teams. Analyse RFPs, EOIs and project opportunities. Contribute to technical proposals, presentations and project strategies. Support programme implementation, monitoring and reporting. Coordinate with government and institutional stakeholders. Maintain project documentation and professional records. Support multidisciplinary project teams across India. Travel for project requirements as approved by the organisation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Relevant postgraduate qualification preferred. Strong qualified experience in the relevant specialist domain. Experience in government, development-sector or institutional projects preferred. Strong technical writing, analytical and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams. English and Hindi proficiency required; regional-language skills desirable. Experience with Government of India/State Government programmes, PSUs, UNICEF-supported projects, World Bank-funded assignments, development consulting firms or implementing partners will be an advantage.

ROLE-SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE Delhi-NCR: Government advisory, PMU/PMC, government consulting,



strategic partnerships and technical proposal development.

Bengaluru: Digital communication, social media, MIS, dashboards, digital IEC and technology-enabled programmes.

Mumbai: Strategic communication, public relations, media, large-scale events, CSR partnerships and resource mobilisation.

Assam: Community development, SBCC, public health, training, capacity building and North-East programme implementation.

Bhopal: Urban development, solid waste management, WASH, sanitation, Swachh Bharat Mission, municipal governance and PMU/PMC.
