Bristlecone India Limited is seeking a seasoned Integration Specialist to lead end‑to‑end integration initiatives using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The role involves building robust connections between Oracle SaaS applications (ERP, HCM, SCM) and a variety of third‑party systems, designing REST/SOAP APIs, and ensuring high‑performance, secure, and maintainable integration architectures.

You will collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the evolution of our API‑first delivery model.

Responsibilities

- Lead end‑to‑end integration projects leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Develop and maintain integrations with Oracle SaaS (ERP, HCM, SCM) and external systems.
- Create, manage, and secure REST and SOAP APIs, including data mappings and error handling flows.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and QA teams for requirement gathering, testing, and production support.
- Design hybrid integrations that connect Oracle Cloud services with on‑premises applications.
- Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms.
- Optimize performance of high‑volume and long‑running integration flows.
- Apply integration patterns such as sync/async, pub‑sub, file‑based, and event‑driven models.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and lead knowledge‑sharing sessions.
- Stay current with best practices and emerging technologies in API management and iPaaS.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of qualified experience in integration development, preferably with Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Strong hands‑on expertise with OIC adapters (REST, SOAP, DB, FTP, ERP, HCM, etc.).
- Deep understanding of integration patterns (synchronous, asynchronous, pub‑sub, event‑driven).
- Proficiency in designing and securing APIs using OAuth2 and related security policies.




- Experience with hybrid cloud/on‑premises integration architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to tune and optimize high‑throughput integration workflows.
- Hands‑on experience migrating integrations from SOA/OSB to OIC (a plus).
- Exposure to other iPaaS platforms such as Dell Boomi or MuleSoft (a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Proven mentorship or leadership experience in a technical team.
