- Develop and Implement IEPs: Design and execute individualized education programs (IEPs) and 504 plans for students with physical, mental, emotional, or learning disabilities.

- Assess Student Needs: Conduct assessments to identify learning, developmental, and behavioral needs to inform educational strategies.

- Adapt Curriculum: Modify general education lessons and curriculum to suit the unique abilities and learning styles of each student.

- Provide Specialized Instruction:Deliver tailored instruction in individual or small group settings, using specialized teaching techniques and assistive technologies.

- Foster Inclusive Environments:Create a secure, supportive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere where students can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.

- Collaborate with Stakeholders:Work closely with parents, guardians, general education teachers, school counselors, therapists, and administrators to support student progress.





- Monitor and Evaluate Progress:Track student progress towards IEP goals and adjust instructional methods and strategies as needed.

- Promote Behavioral and Social Skills:Teach appropriate behavioral strategies, and focus on developing students' social-emotional skills, self-esteem, and emotional regulation.

- Maintain Records:Keep detailed and accurate records of student progress, assessments, and interactions with families.

- Advocate for Students:Champion students' needs, ensuring they receive necessary accommodations, modifications, and services to succeed.
