We are looking for an experienced Speaker to lead our sessions on Digital Detox and Tech-Life Balance. As smartphones, constant notifications, and screen fatigue take a toll on workplace productivity and personal mental health, you will help our clients reclaim their focus, reduce digital stress, and build a healthier relationship with technology.





- Lead engaging keynotes, webinars, and hands-on workshops on Digital Detox, screen fatigue, and mindfulness in the digital age.
- Share transparent, science-backed strategies to set technology boundaries, manage notification overload, improve sleep by cutting nighttime screen use, and boost focus.
- Guide attendees through real-time activities like digital boundaries self-assessments, mindful screen breaks, and micro-meditations for mental reset.
- Answer audience questions with authority, adapting your message for corporate executives, general employee teams, or conference attendees.
- 8 to 10 years of professional experience in public speaking, corporate training, teaching, mindfulness coaching, or wellness practice.
- Dynamic, confident, and empathetic speaker capable of keeping both virtual (Zoom/Teams) and live in-person audiences engaged.
