We are looking for an experienced Spare Parts Manager to manage the complete spare-parts operations at our Tata Motors Workshop.

Job Locations: Kshipra, Indore gram arjun baroda

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily spare-parts operations, inventory and stock levels.

Ensure timely availability and ordering of Tata Motors genuine parts.

Monitor stock movement, slow-moving items and avoid overstocking.

Coordinate with workshop, service advisors, vendors and suppliers.

Maintain accurate billing, documentation, inventory records and MIS reports.

Handle vendor coordination, negotiation and purchase activities.

Ensure quick availability of parts to support smooth workshop operations.

Maintain proper records of inward/outward parts and stock reconciliation.

Requirements





2–5 years of experience in spare-parts management, preferably in a Tata Motors workshop/dealership.

Solid knowledge of automobile spare parts, especially commercial vehicle parts.

Good inventory management and vendor-handling skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Graduate/Diploma in any stream preferred.
