La Thai Spa is looking for a professional and responsible Spa Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily spa operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle customer enquiries, bookings, appointments, and feedback.
- Coordinate with spa staff and manage daily schedules.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and cleanliness.
- Handle billing, basic sales reporting, and daily operational records.
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure company policies are followed.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Support promotional activities and help achieve monthly business targets.





Requirements
- Any educational qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Presentable, professional, and customer-focused.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Prior experience in a spa, salon, wellness, hospitality, or customer-service environment will be an advantage.
