We are looking for a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our Spa & Wellness team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in skilled spa therapies and be committed to delivering personalized, high-quality wellness experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver professional spa treatments and massage therapies as per guest requirements.
- Perform treatments such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Balinese and other relevant therapies.
- Understand guest preferences and recommend suitable treatments.
- Ensure treatment rooms are prepared, clean and maintained to luxury spa standards.
- Follow all hygiene, sanitation, safety and treatment protocols.
- Maintain professional guest interaction and confidentiality.
- Recommend appropriate treatments and wellness products where relevant.
- Maintain treatment records and coordinate with the Spa team for smooth operations.
- Ensure a warm, professional and personalized guest experience.

Requirements




- Certification/Diploma in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy or Wellness from a recognised institute.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort or premium spa.
- Hands-on knowledge of multiple massage and spa therapies.
- Strong guest interaction and communication skills.
- Professional grooming and a service-oriented personality.
- Good understanding of spa hygiene and safety standards.
- Hospitality/luxury hotel experience will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
