- Welcome and assist spa guests professionally.
- Manage appointments, bookings & billing.
- Explain spa treatments and services.
- Handle guest queries and ensure excellent service.
- Coordinate with therapists and spa team.
Requirements:
- 1 Year Experience in Spa Reception / Front Office / Guest Relations preferred.
- Excellent communication & grooming.
- 5-Star/Luxury Hotel experience preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
