Job Responsibilities

- Prepare authentic South Indian dishes as per hotel standards.

- Handle breakfast, lunch, and dinner preparations.

- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.

- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen.

- Manage mise en place and ensure timely food preparation.

- Monitor food quality, freshness, and wastage.

- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations.

- Follow standard recipes, portion control, and kitchen procedures.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of relevant experience as a South Indian Chef.

- Good knowledge of South Indian cuisine.

- Experience in hotel/restaurant operations preferred.

- Positive knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
