Eligibility • BHM/B.A or Diploma in Culinary Arts or HM *Worked for 2 3 years As a Sous Chef / Key position in the Kitchen with a brand Hotel/Restaurant • Communication must be excellent, with guest handling,



conversation if required, Innovative, menu planning & overall Menu Costing, team building and handling.
