Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing

Manage end-to-end sourcing activities across MRO and other indirect procurement categories.

Develop sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and category requirements.

Identify and onboard current suppliers to strengthen the vendor ecosystem.

Drive alternate sourcing initiatives to improve supply continuity and reduce procurement risks.

Vendor Management

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

Conduct supplier evaluation, performance reviews, and periodic business assessments.

Ensure supplier compliance with quality, delivery, and commercial standards.

Resolve supplier performance issues through structured improvement plans.

Commercial Negotiation

Lead commercial negotiations to achieve optimum pricing, payment terms, and contractual agreements.

Drive annual rate contracts and long-term sourcing partnerships.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and value engineering.

Category Management

Handle sourcing across multiple categories, including:

MRO Electrical Packaging Safety Facility Management Industrial Consumables

Monitor category performance and recommend portfolio expansion opportunities.
