We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to identify and source premium/luxury residential properties and land opportunities. The role will involve building solid relationships with property owners, channel partners, brokers, and other market stakeholders to generate quality acquisition opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source luxury residential properties, redevelopment opportunities and land parcels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, HNI/UHNI clients, brokers and channel partners.
- Conduct market research to identify suitable properties based on location, pricing and development potential.
- Generate and manage a pipeline of potential acquisition opportunities.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, technical and project teams for property evaluation and due diligence.
- Negotiate commercial terms with property owners and other stakeholders.
- Track market trends, property valuations and competitor developments.
- Maintain accurate records of sourced properties, negotiations and closures.
- Support senior management in evaluating and closing strategic property acquisitions.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
