Work Location - Mankhurd

Develop, manage and expand the Channel Partner (CP) network.

Identify and onboard new brokers, CPs and real estate consultants.

Activate dormant CPs and drive regular business through the network.

Generate qualified leads, site visits and bookings through sourcing channels.

Conduct CP meetings, project presentations and broker engagement activities.

Maintain robust relationships with brokers, CPs and other market influencers.

Track CP-wise performance, leads, visits, bookings and conversions.

Understand market trends, competitor projects, pricing and inventory movement.

Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Closing and Site teams for smooth lead conversion.

Handle negotiations, commercial discussions and closure coordination where required.

Maintain accurate CRM, sourcing reports and MIS.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sourcing and revenue targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
