Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to drive the sourcing function by developing, managing, and activating a strong network of Channel Partners, Brokers, and Real Estate Consultants .

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the real estate market, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to generate quality business opportunities through effective channel partner engagement. The candidate will work closely with the sales team to support business growth and achieve sourcing and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Channel Partner Activation – 20%

- Identify, onboard, and activate new Channel Partners, Brokers, and Real Estate Consultants.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
- Generate quality leads and business opportunities through the channel partner network.
- Ensure regular engagement and follow-ups with channel partners to maximize business potential.

2. Business Development & Sales Support – 20%

- Adhere to IBM, OBM, and Weekly Walk-in activities as required by the Sales Head.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead conversion and business closure.
- Support sales targets by maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Track channel partner performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

3. Market Intelligence – 20%

- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, pricing, projects, and customer preferences.
- Gather market insights through regular interaction with brokers, consultants, and channel partners.
- Share relevant market intelligence with the management and sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.

4. Industry & Technical Knowledge – 20%

- Develop a strong understanding of the real estate and construction industry.
- Maintain knowledge of ongoing and upcoming projects, locations, pricing, inventory,



and project offerings.
- Understand the company's products/projects and effectively communicate their key features and benefits to channel partners.
- Resolve basic business and operational queries related to sourcing activities.

5. Reporting & System Management – 10%

- Maintain accurate records of channel partners, leads, site visits, and business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sourcing and performance reports for management.
- Ensure timely updating of CRM/system records.
- Monitor and report channel partner performance and sourcing activities.

6. Communication & Relationship Management – 10%

- Maintain clear, professional, and effective communication with channel partners and internal teams.
- Build long-term professional relationships with brokers, consultants, and other business partners.
- Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups to maintain strong channel engagement.

Candidate Requirements
- Education: Any Graduate
- Industry Experience: Real Estate / Developer / Construction
- Prior experience in Channel Sales, Channel Partner Management, Sourcing, Business Development, or Real Estate Sales will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and local market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills .
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-management abilities .
- Good leadership and team-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Strong networking and channel partner activation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and reporting systems .
