Role Description The Sourcing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding suppliers for materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes required for interior design projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include negotiating pricing and contracts, managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely availability of high-quality materials.

The Sourcing

Manager will collaborate closely with design, project, and finance teams to forecast material requirements, optimize inventory levels, and maintain cost-efficiency.



The role also involves monitoring market trends, building solid vendor relationships, and implementing sourcing best practices to support project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably in interior design, furniture, construction, or related industries.
- Strong skills in supplier identification, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
- Ability to manage purchase orders, inventory tracking, and logistics coordination.
- Comfort with using spreadsheets, procurement software, and basic data analysis to support sourcing decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with design, project, and finance teams.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of material quality standards, cost structures, and market pricing trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, project-driven environment and willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru.
