About the Role

Reliable Builders is looking for a highly professional, skilled, and result-oriented Sourcing Manager who can independently manage sourcing activities, identify reliable vendors, negotiate effectively, and ensure the best quality and commercial terms for the organization.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong market knowledge, professional etiquette, and the ability to build and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.

Source materials, products, services, and resources as per business requirements.

Conduct thorough market research to identify competitive pricing and quality options.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial agreements.* Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing and potential vendors.

Compare quotations and prepare cost comparisons for management review.

Coordinate with internal teams to understand sourcing requirements and timelines.

Ensure timely procurement and delivery while maintaining quality standards.

Monitor vendor performance, pricing trends, availability, and market conditions.

Maintain proper sourcing records, vendor databases, quotations, and documentation.





Resolve vendor-related issues professionally and efficiently.

Continuously identify opportunities for cost optimization and better sourcing solutions.

Requirements

Excellent command of English, Hindi, and Marathi is mandatory.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Highly professional, polished, and confident personality.

Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills.

Good understanding of sourcing, procurement, and market research.

Ability to independently handle sourcing responsibilities.

Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Proficient in MS Office/Excel and basic documentation.

Candidates with relevant real-estate, construction, procurement, or vendor-management experience will be preferred.

Should be mature, responsible, disciplined, and committed to the role.
