About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Sourcing Executive to generate and qualify prospective customers for Ensaara Metropark, Nagpur, a large residential township offering apartments, bungalows, villas and plotted development.

The role will primarily focus on lead generation, customer outreach, lead qualification and appointment generation for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

 Generate prospective customer leads through telecalling, references, digital enquiries, databases, social networks and other sourcing channels.

 Make outbound calls to prospective customers and understand their budget,

location preference, property requirement and purchase timeline.

 Explain the key features, product offerings and value proposition of Ensaara

Metropark.

 Qualify leads and generate site visit appointments for the sales team.

 Follow up regularly with prospects through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

 Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, customer interactions and site visits.

 Coordinate with the Sales team for effective lead conversion and timely follow-

up.

 Maintain and update the lead database/CRM on a regular basis.

 Generate leads through referrals, channel partners, existing customer references and local market networking.

 Support sales campaigns, exhibitions, property events and promotional activities.

 Achieve assigned lead generation, qualified lead and site visit targets.





 Provide regular updates and MIS on lead generation and conversion activities.

 Maintain professional relationships with prospective customers and ensure a positive customer experience.

 Comfortable with telecalling and outbound customer engagement.

 Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, WhatsApp and CRM systems.

 Good knowledge of the Nagpur real estate market will be an advantage.

 Energetic, self-motivated and persistent approach.

Qualification & Experience

 Any Graduate from a recognised institution.

 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales, telecalling, lead generation,

business development, insurance, banking or related customer-facing roles preferred.

 Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
