Sourcing Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for a Sourcing Engineer to identify, evaluate, and develop reliable local and international suppliers based on the company’s technical and commercial requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop local and global suppliers/vendors.
- Research markets and identify recent sourcing opportunities.
- Evaluate suppliers based on technical capability, quality, pricing, lead time, and reliability.
- Obtain, compare, and negotiate supplier quotations and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding product specifications, technical documents, certifications, and delivery requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Support vendor qualification, evaluation, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand sourcing and material requirements.
- Identify alternative suppliers and cost-effective sourcing opportunities.
- Maintain accurate supplier databases, quotation records, and sourcing documentation.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering,



Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Candidates with backgrounds in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Manufacturing, or related engineering disciplines are preferred.
- Experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, vendor development, or supply chain is preferred.
- MBA in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Strong technical, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and procurement/sourcing tools.

Work Arrangement Work from Home / India Office.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
