Role Overview

We're looking for a Sourcing Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience to own vendor sourcing and procurement for our robot components and parts. This is a field-heavy role involving vendor visits, negotiations, and coordination across our supply chain, including import and export processes.

Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and suppliers for robot components and parts

Visit vendor facilities and manufacturing sites to assess capability, quality standards, and pricing

Lead negotiations on pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines

Manage import and export documentation and coordination for parts sourced domestically and internationally





Build and maintain a solid vendor pipeline for mechanical, electrical, and electronic components

Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and resolve delays or issues with vendors

Maintain accurate sourcing records, including pricing comparisons, quotes, and vendor performance

Coordinate with the technical team to understand part specifications and requirements

Prepare sourcing reports and cost analyses to support procurement decisions

Requirements

2 to 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management

Working knowledge of import and export processes and documentation

Technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, or electronic components

Fluent in English and Kannada, both required

Knowledge of Tamil preferred

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

Comfortable with regular field travel to vendor and supplier locations

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
