A) Product Sourcing from China b) Handling Entire supply chain from China to India c) Clearing Imports through CHA, Documentation and Regulatory aspect.

d) Product Sourcing from India as well.

e) Sourcing & procurement of Fabric Division products (Swaddles, Muslin Bibs, Burp Cloths, Muslin Blankets, and related baby textile items) from vendors across India.

Preference: Candidates based in Delhi/NCR only (must be able to work from our Rajendra Place office). Immediate joiners / early joiners strongly preferred.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Supply Chain & China Sourcing Manager role based in Central Delhi. The role involves managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, forecasting, inventory control, and coordination with warehouses and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery across India.



The role also covers sourcing and procurement of our Fabric Division's baby-textile products (swaddles, muslin bibs, burp cloths, muslin blankets) from vendors across India.

The manager will be responsible for sourcing products and packaging from China, identifying and onboarding suppliers, negotiating contracts, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and ethical standards.

Daily tasks include tracking purchase orders, managing lead times, optimizing shipment modes and costs, and resolving supply disruptions.

The role also requires close collaboration with finance, sales, e-commerce, and marketing teams to align supply plans with business goals, support recent product launches, and continuously improve processes and data accuracy.
