We are looking for a confident, well-presented and customer-oriented Sound engineer who will be responsible for creating and demonstrating a premium sound experience for customers at luxury cafés and lifestyle establishments across city.
The selected candidate will be stationed at premium café locations and will interact directly with customers, demonstrate the product, explain its features and benefits, and create an engaging customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit and work from assigned luxury cafés and premium establishments in ahmedabad.
- Demonstrate the company's sound/product experience to customers.
- Explain the product, its concept, features and benefits in a simple and engaging manner.
- Interact professionally with café customers and answer their questions.
- Create an engaging and premium customer experience.
- Coordinate with café management and staff when required.
- Collect customer feedback and share observations with the management team.
- Maintain professional grooming and conduct at all assigned locations.
- Help generate customer interest and potential leads through product demonstrations.
- Maintain daily reports regarding demonstrations, customer interactions and leads.
- Represent the company professionally at premium locations.
Preferred Qualification
- B.Sc. in Microbiology preferred.
- Candidates from Science, Hospitality,
Customer Experience or related backgrounds may also be considered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with premium/luxury customers.
- Basic understanding of sound/audio products or willingness to learn.
- Good presentation and explanation skills.
