Pavizham Group is hiring Trainee Sortex Operators. We provide comprehensive hands-on training to operate, monitor, and adjust our modern optical color sorting machines. No prior experience is required—just a technical background and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn to operate and monitor optical Sortex machinery during production.
- Adjust machine parameters under supervision to remove defective grains and impurities.
- Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance checks on equipment.
- Monitor product quality and output consistency.
- Maintain daily production logs and report mechanical issues to supervisors.
Requirements
- Education: ITI Pass (Any Trade - Mechanical, Electrical, Fitter, etc.).
- Experience: 0 to 2 Years (Freshers welcome; full training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and good color vision.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
