Scope :

- Assist Incyte towards end-to-end process assessment and design across all impacted business units and roles
- Assist Incyte on design and validate future-state processes aligned to Veeva capabilities
- Creation of / Updates to SOP’s, Work Instructions and User Requirements / User stories
- Review of Veeva created process maps for conformance to discussions in the Veeva led business process engineering sessions and identification of any process gaps
- Assess current state and future state processes, through workshop recordings, meeting notes and Veeva process maps, and address any gaps.
- Manage review, comments/feedback through finalization with Incyte teams.
- Participate in re-engineering workshops and help shape recent process establishment.
- Establish process governance, ownership, and maintenance model with Incyte
