Seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst / Solutions Consultant with solid B2C experience across Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and Order Management. The role involves leading discovery, translating business requirements into scalable solutions, and supporting end-to-end delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops.
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Create As-Is / To-Be processes, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze B2C customer,
commerce and order-management journeys.
- Define functional solution options across Salesforce platforms.
- Work closely with architects, developers, QA and business teams.
- Support integrations, testing, UAT and business sign-off.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows and solution documentation.
Qualifications
- B-Tech, M-Tech, MCA.
