- Implement solutions to enhance the customer (internal and external) journey
- Automate - Build system controls, regulatory reports, STPs
- Identify gaps and provide fixes - Prepare BRD, UAT, drafting process notes, production movements, monitoring systems post implementation
- Handle regulatory and compliance reporting
- Reconciliation of data and transactions received through various channels
You will own -
- Systems Core forex engine, online forex portal, Forex partner portal
- Products Wire transfers and FX cards
What are we looking for
- Retail Forex (Primarily outwards), subject matter expert. Knowledge of various regulations/guidelines - LRS, NR repatriation, FEMA, GST, TCS, etc.
- Graduate in any technical discipline
- Experience as a Business Analyst in Retail Forex domain would be preferred
