MantriAI is the Search Partner for this full-time Marketing Analytics opportunity with a leading financial management and analytics organization with a global presence. The client leverages Big Data and Advanced Analytics to drive customer insights, business growth, and data-driven decision-making.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Analytics professional who combines strong marketing domain knowledge with data-driven problem-solving and client-facing consulting skills. The role will focus on customer acquisition, engagement, retention, cross-sell, and marketing effectiveness through advanced analytics and actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with clients to identify and structure marketing, customer, and growth-related business problems.
- Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, product adoption, channel effectiveness, and marketing ROI.
- Develop analytical solutions across customer segmentation, targeting, acquisition, engagement, cross-sell, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Design campaign measurement frameworks covering test/control analysis, attribution, incremental lift, conversion, and ROI.
- Evaluate customer journeys and marketing funnels to identify leakage points and growth opportunities.
- Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations for marketing and business leadership.




- Implement attribution frameworks and track channel performance.
- Develop executive presentations and decision-support materials for client stakeholders.
- Work with internal and client teams to define data requirements, business rules, KPIs, and analytical methodologies.
- Lead or support client workstreams, stakeholder discussions, delivery planning, and executive presentations.
- Stay updated on digital marketing, personalization, experimentation, and marketing measurement practices.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Marketing Analytics / Customer Analytics .

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign execution, customer behavior, and performance measurement.
- Experience translating business problems into structured analytical solutions.

• Robust hands-on experience with SQL, Python, SAS, and Excel .

- Experience with visualization/BI tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional and client-facing teams.
- Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities.
