- Design and develop technical solutions for Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project scope, define system architecture, and establish project timelines.
- Provide technical leadership during implementation projects, guiding team members on OTM configuration, customization, and testing.
- Develop detailed design documents, test plans, and documentation for OTM solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 14-20 years of experience in IT services & consulting with expertise in OTM solution architecting.
- Solid understanding of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) software suite including configuration, customization, integration with other systems.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex IT projects from initiation to delivery using Agile methodologies.
