Solution Architect – IBM Middleware Modernization & Container Platform

Job Summary

We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead the architecture and modernization strategy for migrating IBM Middleware services to a cloud-native microservices ecosystem. The architect will define the target architecture, containerization approach, and deployment standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Define target-state architecture for middleware modernization.
- Design scalable Spring Boot Microservices architecture.
- Establish containerization standards using Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Create migration blueprints and technical governance models.
- Review existing IBM ACE/IIB integrations and define migration patterns.




- Lead architecture discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of integration and solution architecture experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- IBM ACE
- IBM IIB
- Java & Spring Boot
- Microservices Architecture
- Docker
- Kubernetes/OpenShift
- Experience designing enterprise-scale integration solutions.
- Robust understanding of API management and cloud-native architectures.

Preferred Skills
- Azure or AWS Architecture.
- Event-Driven Architecture.
- API Gateway and Service Mesh technologies.
