- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

- Explain the company's solar products, services, and benefits to customers.

- Generate and qualify sales leads through telecalling.

- Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about suitable solar solutions.

- Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.

- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer details.

- Update lead status in CRM, Excel, or other company systems.

- Coordinate with the Sales Team for qualified leads and customer requirements.

- Handle customer questions and provide appropriate information.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

- Follow up on quotations and pending customer responses when required.

- Maintain a professional and positive approach during customer interactions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
