Position: Trainer – Operations

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Trainer to join our team in Jaipur. The primary responsibility of this role will be to train and develop our Project Engineers and Operations team members by conducting effective training sessions and enhancing their qualified and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities • Conduct training sessions for Project Engineers and Operations team members.

- Deliver training through both online and offline modes, depending on business requirements.
- Prepare and conduct engaging training sessions, presentations, and learning materials.
- Provide training on tools and skills such as MS Excel, MS Office, PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Develop effective presentations and training content.
- Assess training requirements and ensure that employees receive the necessary support and knowledge.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and collect feedback from participants.




- Coordinate with different teams to understand their training and development requirements.
- Travel to different locations for training purposes whenever required.

Candidate

Requirements • 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or a similar role.
- Experience in conducting classroom, online, and on-the-job training will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and informative training materials.
- Comfortable conducting training sessions in both online and offline modes.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
