Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Solar Installer / Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems at residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and commission solar PV systems as per technical specifications and safety standards.
- Install solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, cables, junction boxes, and other related equipment.
- Perform electrical wiring, cable termination, earthing, and connection work.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of solar systems and electrical components.
- Identify and resolve installation and technical issues at project sites.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of installed solar systems.
- Ensure proper alignment, mounting, and secure installation of solar panels.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and use appropriate tools and safety equipment.
- Coordinate with the project/operations team to complete installations within the required timelines.
- Maintain installation records, site reports, and basic documentation.




- Travel to customer/project sites as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in solar installation, electrical work, or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, electrical wiring, and electrical components.
- Ability to use basic electrical tools and testing equipment.
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at project sites and heights.
- Willingness to travel to different installation sites.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with rooftop solar installation.
- Knowledge of DC/AC connections, earthing, and protection systems.
- Familiarity with different types of solar inverters and mounting structures.
- Basic understanding of electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
