- Role: Solar Technical Trainer / Solar PV Trainer.

- Objective: Deliver classroom lectures and hands-on practical training on residential and commercial solar PV systems.

- Curriculum: Teach on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar system design, components, and wiring principles.

- Practical Skills: Train students on site surveys, shadow analysis, structure mounting, and module alignment.

- Electrical Integration: Demonstrate DC/AC cabling, inverter setup, earthing, lightning protection, and net-metering connections.

- Safety Standards: Enforce rigorous electrical safety protocols, heights safety, and PPE compliance.

- Assessments: Conduct practical evaluations, manage tests, and track trainee competency records.

- Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or ITI Electrical certification.

- Experience: 2–4+ years in hands-on solar installation and commissioning, with prior teaching or training experience preferred.

- Certifications: Surya Mitra Trainer or Skill Council for Green Jobs (SCGJ) certification is an added advantage.
