We are looking for a skilled Solar PV Trainer who can handle both technical field responsibilities and student training.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver PPT-based classroom and practical hands-on training to students.
- Train students on solar installation, wiring, testing, safety, and maintenance.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and evaluate trainee performance.
- Maintain solar labs, tools, equipment, and training kits.
- Support workshops, certification programs, and other technical/training activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- Solar PV Installation certification preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Solar PV installation, commissioning, maintenance, or technical training.
- Valuable communication and practical training skills.
