Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Solar professional (e.g., Solar Engineer / Solar Project Executive) at Solar Smart Private Limited. The role involves supporting the design, planning, and execution of residential and commercial rooftop solar projects, including site surveys, load assessments, and system sizing.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and internal teams, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The role also covers supervising installations, conducting performance checks, maintaining project documentation,



and assisting with after-sales service and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project managers and field teams to deliver efficient, protected, and timely solar solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Solar Power and Solar Systems, including rooftop design, configuration, and performance analysis.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with the Solar Industry and Power Generation, including basic electrical concepts, grid connectivity, and safety practices.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of broader renewable energy concepts such as Wind Energy to support integrated or future-focused energy solutions.
- Candidates should possess a relevant technical background, such as a diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related engineering fields.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in solar project execution, site assessment, and installation supervision, preferably in residential or commercial rooftop projects.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and client-handling skills, ability to work on-site in field conditions, and proficiency with basic MS Office and project documentation.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, sustainability, and continuous learning in the clean energy sector.
