We are seeking a reliable Solar Service & Panel Cleaning Technician to inspect, clean, and maintain rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems. You will ensure maximum energy efficiency and system performance by using specialized cleaning equipment and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine cleaning of solar panels using deionized water, soft brushes, and non-abrasive equipment.

- Inspect arrays for visible damage, debris, bird nesting, shading issues, or loose wiring.

- Operate safety gear (harnesses, ropes, ladders) during roof work.

- Conduct basic system health checks and report performance issues or faults to the site supervisor.

- Maintain company tools, vehicles, and cleaning machinery in clean working order.





Requirements & Qualifications

- High school diploma / 10th pass / ITI or equivalent vocational training.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Comfort working at heights, on roofs, and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

- Physical fitness: ability to lift up to 25 kg and maneuver ladders safely.

- Robust attention to detail and safety-first mindset.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
