JOB SUMMARY

ADS Foundation – Skill Development Institute is looking for a skilled and motivated Solar Trainer to provide practical and classroom-based training in Solar PV systems, electrical basics, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct theory and practical training on Solar PV systems.
- Train students in solar panel installation, wiring, inverters, batteries, and maintenance.
- Demonstrate testing, troubleshooting, and electrical safety procedures.
- Conduct practical assessments and maintain trainee records.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of training tools and equipment.




- Support trainees with basic career guidance and job-readiness skills.

ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS
- ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Solar, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in solar installation, maintenance, or training preferred.
- Valuable communication and practical demonstration skills.
- Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems and electrical safety.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple and practical language.
