Job Responsibilities

- Handle and coordinate Solar EPC project site activities.
- Conduct site visits, site surveys and feasibility checks.
- Understand solar system capacity, module layout, inverter selection and electrical requirements.
- Coordinate and supervise installation of Solar Modules, Structures, Inverters, ACDB/DCDB, Cables, Earthing and Lightning Protection.
- Monitor daily site work and coordinate with technicians, labour, contractors and vendors.
- Ensure installation work is carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Prepare and maintain BOQ, material requirements and site reports.
- Coordinate material movement and ensure proper utilization at site.
- Assist in SLD, layout and technical documentation.
- Perform/coordinate testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of solar systems.
- Coordinate with clients and DISCOMs for net metering and technical approvals.
- Identify site-related technical issues and coordinate their resolution.
- Maintain daily progress reports, photographs and project documentation.
- Coordinate with the office/project team regarding site progress,



manpower and material requirements.
- Support O&M;/AMC activities when required.
- Travel to project sites as required.

Software Skills

- MS Excel
- AutoCAD – preferred
- PVsyst – preferred

Eligibility

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics or Renewable Energy preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in Solar EPC / Solar Site Work preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.

Key Requirement Candidate must have practical knowledge of Solar EPC and should be able to independently understand and coordinate site-level solar technical activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
